Lorenzo Comparelli
(Creative Head and co-founder of Kaizo)

Known as a perfectionist his first believe is that the finest details are what make the difference between a good work and a great one.

Worked in all areas of hairdressing from colour to cutting and styling, and He has been a successful manager, educator, and session stylist throughout his 17 years career in hairdressing.

In 1996 moved to London, joined Toni & Guy in 2000 and became a member of its educational team.

Trained over thousand hairdressers at all levels in UK and abroad, and worked with many major designers at the London fashion week.

He has a passion for editorial photo shoots, and teaching hairdressing, however having grown up in salons since the age of fifteen, feels home when working on the salon floor.

Innovation and creativity are second nature. Believes that clients deserve nothing less than the best service and product available on the market.


Yuka Ito
(Image Director and co-founder of Kaizo)

Enthusiastic curiosity towards life and people has driven her since her early age.

Working with people has been one of her greatest passions. Her career started in Brazil-Sao Paulo (her home town) in 1994. As member of Artistic Team, traveled the country and also managed a busy salon at the age of 22.

Joined Toni and Guy London in 2000 and became member of Toni and Guy Artistic Team is 2003.

Like Lorenzo, educated over thousand hairdressers from all over the world, from beginner level to advance inspirational level. Took part in London fashion Weeks, shows at Royal Albert Hall / Excel Exhibition Center. All the above, still keeping a loyal clientele at Toni and Guy Wimbledon salon.

As Art Director was responsible for the quality of services in the company, from customer services to technical skills.

Matteo Collati
(Manager/Style director)

Matteo started hairdressing in Rome, Italy.

His hairdressing style is classic yet he knows how to push the boundaries to create a new look to each client.

Matteo is always smiling and you can hear his laughter from miles away.

He has worked and managed a stablished salon in Covent Garden before becoming a member of Kaizo Team in 2016.

Matteo loves dancing and he has a gorgeous Victorian bulldog called Monty.


Dario Petrino
(Style Director)

Dario has started his career back in Italy “his home town”.

After moving to London Dario joined Essensuals /Toni & Guy back in 2000-2007 progressing from a stylist position to a premier and also teaching hair cutting to the trainees. Through Essensuals Toni & Guy he has also styled the hair for an event with Dorothy Perkins.
Dario has had editorial experience by cutting and styling wigs for commercial magazines with world models such as Argentinian Valeria Mazza in 2010 for a South American successful chain shopping.
He has started at Kaizo in May 2012 taking part of workshops with bumble and bumble at Selfridges and Westfield



Alina Bita

Alina started hairdressing in her home town Transylvania.

Her passion for hairdressing reflects in her work, she is a real perfectionist and great listener.

Alina had taken part in many photographic shoots in Romania and in UK.

She has elevated her skills working at stablished salons in Chelsea and West End.

She became part of creative Kaizo Team in 2016.

Alina has the most amazingly long mermaid hair that recently changed from blood red to raspberry purple. Looking forward to her next rainbow transformation.


Amanda Suwala

Amanda is our super committed apprentice.

Like Marc, her aim to become a fantastic hairdresser. She never misses her trainings and she is always on the ball.

Amanda studies hair tutorial videos even on her lunch break.

She has recently had her hair cut from classic bob to short sexy crop and it looks amazing.




Marc Millgate-Wardrop


Marc started his training in the beginning of 2015 and had recently joined the Kaizo team.

He knew at the age of 13 that he wanted to be a hairdresser and has a true passion for colour.

He loves creative colouring and idealises Jeffree Star and Amber Rose as colour inspiration.

He is excited about his future as a hairdresser and can’t wait to begin his training.
